Shipping charges
Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and available delivery method.
Processing and delivery
Many Vale Collective products are produced after an order is placed. Processing time is therefore separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment partner, peak periods, customs, and carrier delays.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains different products, they may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
International orders
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges depending on the destination. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law.
