By placing an order with Vale Collective, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies displayed on our website.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display products, artwork, colors, measurements, and descriptions accurately. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, production methods, fabric, printing, or manufacturing tolerances.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or charges are shown separately where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Made-to-order products

Many Vale Collective products are produced after purchase through third-party fulfillment partners. Production and delivery times may therefore vary.

Personalization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, missions, wording, photographs, sizes, colors, and other customization details before ordering.

Where an item is produced exactly according to the information submitted by the customer, spelling mistakes or incorrect customization supplied by the customer are not considered product defects.

Intellectual property

Vale Collective designs, graphics, photographs, branding, text, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
